The Junior Diamond program is a concept for young ladies ages 8-17. Our program gives them the opportunity to interact with young ladies alike and different from themselves. We offer mentoring sessions that incorporate entrepreneurial, leadership, teamwork, educational, physical, emotional, and responsibility development. In each meeting (mentoring session), the young ladies practice valuable practical skills such as organizing, collaborating, and problem solving. They also exercise necessary character qualities including but not limited to showing respect, empathy, cooperation, persistence, and citizenship.
