A Diamond is a woman at least 18 years of age. Our program gives them an opportunity to meet other women alike and different from themselves. We offer entrepreneurial development, leadership training, event planning opportunities, workshops, seminars, community engagement and other beneficial activities. They practice valuable practical skills such as organizing, collaborating, and problem solving. They also exercise necessary character qualities including but not limited to showing respect, empathy, cooperation, persistence, and citizenship.

Once you apply to become a member below, please wait until you are an approved member of our organization, after your interview, to create a log-in above. Once you become an approved member and you sign-up to access member only information, you will be able to view our DIAMONDS page specifically for members of Women Empowerment Society Inc.
When you apply for membership below, your membership will be pending, your submission will be reviewed, and you will be interviewed. After the interview, you will then receive an email informing you whether or not you will move on with our organization. If you will be moving forward, you will be invited to our recruited member initiation ceremony.
